“Wok This Way!":
A Street Food Journey Across Southeast Asia
"Wok this Way!" is a project that studies the centrality of eggs to diverse Southeast Asian cuisines. Why are eggs such a prevalent ingredient across cultures in the region? Drawing a parallel between the versatility of eggs and the cultural heterogeniety of Southeast Asia, the project provides a refreshing entrypoint into reflecting about the pros and cons of the region's cultural diversity. It showcases sensitive appreciation for Southeast Asia's tantalising food scene. Who knew that a study of eggs could tell us so much about this region we are from?
