The project offers insights on the history of Vietnamese cuisine, drawing links to the top influencers such as China and France, expanding on how collaboration and colonization allowed Vietnamese to draw inspiration and ideas. With mouthwatering pictures and examples, it shares information on how culture and sometimes other factors can be blended together to create the delicious plates of Vietnamese Cuisine.
