Modern & Traditional Forms of Southeast Asian Poetry
“Modern & Traditional forms of Poetry from SEA” explores various illustrations of traditional poems in different languages of SEA, specifically Thai, Indonesian, and Filipino. The Padlet provides a detailed comparison between traditional and modern interpretations of each poetic form, consisting of expressive topics such as love, regret, isolation, religion, and so on. The work presented makes you understand how the echoes of the past and voices of the present intertwines to reveal the timeless nature of SEA poetry.
