Influence of Government Citizenship Policies on Ethnic Relations

This presentation takes a critical approach towards the impact of government citizenship policies on ethnic relations in Southeast Asia. Taking a bold ethical stance, the project highlights various governments' treatment of ethnic minorities vis-à-vis ethnic majorities in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Myanmar. Ultimately, the project highlights the deep if sometimes obscured inequalities that exist within these countries. How can we look towards creating a more equitable society for all?
